Project scope
Pošta Slovenije already had 24 parcel lockers of Integer in their network and with the new expansion of 236 lockers (and growing!) we had to provide a complete solution so the new lockers would fit into the existing network perfectly.
Solution
Apart from standard user interface and flow adaptation, we also delivered custom APIs to provide reports about courier activity (e.g. when the courier logged in, how many parcels were placed and collected, how much time was spent on servicing etc.). New features were also implemented in locker software to improve courier servicing and network management. Various kinds of analytics reports for business intelligence are also available over API.
Maintenance and support
Over the years, average SLA times for the first response have been around 30 minutes. We provide 24/7/365 support and actively monitor network operations. With our advanced monitoring capabilities, many issues are handled automatically by software thanks to recognition patterns.
Results
The network has been operating successfully and ever more people are opting for parcel delivery via parcel lockers of Pošta Slovenije. We continue our support and delivery of new features and improvements in order to future-proof the software and thus - the network.
